Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your purchase. Due to the personal nature of wholesome cosmetic products, we may approve returns only under the following conditions:

 

• Products must be mostly unused and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

 

To REQUEST a return, contact us with your order number and proof of purchase. You can reach us using the forum below the "Contact Us" section at the bottom right of the home page. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on mostly used products, also please note if your item is final sale before purchase.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

 

If approved, refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after  the returned item is received and inspected. If you receive a refund confirmation, check with your bank for processing time.

 

Please review product ingredients carefully before purchase. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities, patch testing is highly recommended. Meridian Radiance offerings are not meant to treat or cure any illness, please consult a physician prior to use if needed.

 

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements or show signs of misuse.
